How it works:
1. I’ll provide direction for you to film a series of videos of yourself running and you will upload them to me.

2. I will assess the videos using ai-driven movement analysis technology in addition to my own trained eye and personal methodology.

3. We will sit down over a 1hr zoom call where I will share my data and findings, point out weaknesses or areas for improvement, make recommendations for correction and training, and answer any questions you might have.
