    My all-around speed and agility program. The closest thing to training with me in person. 12 weeks, 4 workouts per week, $95 (one-time payment which is less than my one-hour in-person training rate of $105!) It is ideal for soccer, track, football, and lacrosse athletes.


    Program includes:

    12 week program : 4 workouts per week (+2 recovery workouts)

    Each week includes 1 acceleration day, 1 max velocity day, and 2 change of direction/agility days

    Detailed tutorials on the mechanics of acceleration, top speed, deceleration and change of direction

    Teaching videos with every exercise, breaking down the fine details of each drill

    Can compliment any lifting program + great for both individuals and teams

  • LADDERS AREN'T DEAD $65 (ONE TIME)

    Ladders aren’t dead, but the way we’ve been using them for decades, is. I designed this program for anyone looking to increase their overall agility through simple, 30min workouts using the agility ladder as a tool.

    Whether you’re an athlete or a coach, this program will teach you detailed deceleration and change-of-direction mechanics, how to move your center of mass quickly, and will transform your overall approach to agility.


    Program includes:

    8 week program consisting of 3 workouts per week

    Detailed tutorials on deceleration and change of direction mechanics

    Teaching videos with every exercise, breaking down the methodology

    A simple, easy-to-use app

    Can be done anywhere : backyard, driveway, court, field

    Each workout is 30min or less - use as warmup or stand-alone

    Great for groups or teams in addition to individuals
